I took this course twice. Once in November 2024. Again in April 2026. The second time was my choice. Satish covers the full range, presence, deep listening, difficult conversations, organizational dynamics, influence styles. But the curriculum is almost secondary. What he is really teaching is how to stop being accidentally ineffective. The Positive Intelligence module hit me differently the second time. So did the 1:1 influence process. Gold I had missed the first time. 13 cohorts over 3 years. There is a reason people keep coming back. If you lead people, manage up, or work cross-functionally, take it. Then decide for yourself whether once is enough.
