Lena Kul’s course was packed with practical strategies and the live feedback really helped me sharpen my product design job search skills. What I valued most was the cohort and learning alongside other designers, sharing insights and unique experiences which enriched the conversation. The whole experience is pretty encouraging, impactful and most of all if you complete the homework, you're gona be ahead of 80% of other job searchers.

Lena is a SUPER ALLY! At first, job hunting felt like a lonely journey with diminishing returns on where I was focusing my time and energy. I came into this cohort with job search assumptions that were quickly debunked and redirected. Not only does Lena offer advice, but she also describes the consequences and provides clarity on what recruiters care about, using stories from her own personal experience. The new knowledge saved me valuable time from trial and error and scouring job advice online (You also get access to past cohort recordings too!). Shout out to my peers: Chris Peterson and Nina Koerber (for resources), Sean Jalleh, Iskander Alibayev, Cheryl Man, Gleska K, Kelly Ma, and Mikael Williams for their questions and active participation in the cohort!
