Great course - learned a tonne about building business cases and gained confidence in doing so through the hands on exercises. At the very least, I gained familiarity with concepts that I always wanted to learn but was never able to get the time to do so. At the most, I feel confident in building business cases, talking about pricing models, and learning how to craft a narrative around it. Jenny is a very kind and open instructor and I highly recommend the course!
