I am incredibly grateful to Fonz for embarking on his teaching journey and sharing his valuable experiences in building and running startups, as well as driving growth at Netflix. His insights and actionable pointers have helped us identify growth design opportunities wherever we stand. The flexible nature of the capstone project and the encouragement he provided led to very creative and impressive results from our batch. It was also wonderful to see everyone’s results and how they applied their learnings. It was valuable to witness and understand feedback in different scenarios, rather than just working in isolation on a single project and receiving feedback on that alone.

My goal was to be able to make scalable design decisions that set the direction for a products vision following the course completion and I do feel the course was successful in providing that for me. The course curriculum is a gold and the share out sessions insightful. Asking questions and learning really is at the core of design. Fonz is such an incredible and intelligent person. His attention to attendees ideas during the share out sessions is one skill, I'm definitely taking with me.

I really enjoyed this type of learning space. Very inviting and inclusive to all ideas and beliefs.
