Shane Gibson (Shagility) will help your change the way you do data work

Most data teams deliver outputs nobody used. That is not a data problem. It is a Way of Working problem.

I have spent over three decades inside that void, as a data practitioner, data leader, and agile data coach.

The teams that worked had a shared language for requirements. That insight became the Information Product Canvas. I wrote the book on it.

I still do the data work. The patterns I teach have been shaped by real data teams, across different organisations and industries. I am as much practitioner as teacher.

You will leave each course with something completed and a skill you can use the following Monday.

Gathering data requirements in 30 minutes is just the first course. The Way of Working goes much further than that.

Don't panic. There's a lot more universe to explore.

This course gave me the confidence to handle Data requirements.
The course was great and the process itself is a good combination of pragmatic and engaging, whilst ensuring the right information is captured. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a solid process to gather delivery requirements, whilst working collaboratively with the business. It’s a great way to capture the details needed for design and prioritising the work for delivery.
Really nicely paced, informative and and fun!
